Have you mastered the #800gChallenge® and you're ready for the next step? Welcome to Lazy Macros®.

Tracking macros involves consuming a specific breakdown of macronutrients (carbohydrates, fat, and protein) every day by weighing and measuring everything you eat. While this method is usually very successful due to its precision, weighing and measuring everything is a bit to tedious for most of us. The good news? You can make progress with a much lazier approach! Lazy Macros® includes continuing the #800gChallenge®, plus eating 0.7 grams/pound of body weight in protein. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, your target would be 105 grams of protein (150 x 0.7). Then, continue to eat whatever else you please. Still no restrictions, only additions!
