About Me

My name is Jordan Olenginski. I am a second-year medical student at Drexel and a former division one field hockey athlete determined to simplify nutrition and help people become the healthiest version of themselves possible. I have my Precision Nutrition Level 1, and I am an #800gChallenge® and Lazy Macros® certified coach through OptimizeMe Nutrition's affiliation program (see next two tabs to learn more). I believe fitness is a crucial aspect of overall health and I have over two years of experience coaching at Fire For Effect Athletics in Philadelphia, PA where I coached classes through a HIIT/CrossFit/Strength training workout with a focus on functional fitness (i.e. we work the muscles you need to crush everyday life). Lastly, I am a research assistant in Dr. Gina Tripicchio's lab at Temple University where we focus on behavioral interventions to address childhood obesity. I believe there is a lot of work that needs to be done in the arena of preventative medicine and I strive to play at least some small role in helping others make lifestyle changes that will keep them active and healthy for way longer than they ever imagined.
